Return Policy

Free 30 Day Returns

If you would like to return a Caliber Games product purchased through our site (calibergames.com) you can exchange it or return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase (upon proof of purchase). We will pay for a pre-paid return label and email it to you to print out and put on your product box. Once we receive your product in our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment. To initiate this process, email us with your order # to support@calibergames.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

If you purchased a Caliber Games product through one of our authorized resellers you will need to reach out to the specific re-seller to initiate the return. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
